Shipping Information

NEW COVID SHIPPING INFORMATION: Due to the Coronavirus, you may know that shipping times are sometimes extended, even when you choose an express shipping method. Obviously, this is out of our control. The USPS, especially going into California has spiked their prices way up. So, if you choose USPS Priority Mail, we may have to ship it via Fedex or UPS 2nd or 3 day service instead. If you paid for an expedited service, you will get that expedited service, but it may be through a different shipping company than you chose. Also, let's say you paid for two day service, it could take 3 days or longer to get to you, yet you and we paid the shipper the same amount. See our SHIPPAGEDDON 2020 page here.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 States of America only. Free shipping is our choice of shipping method, it's basic shipping and can take anywhere from 3-7 days to reach you depending on your location and which of our warehouses it ships from.

You may pay for an expedited shipping method and depending on which method you choose, it can take 2-3 business days to reach you.

PROCESSING TIME:

Most of our products are shipping the next business day after you place your order. *NOTE* - Business days do not include weekends, holidays or times of natural disasters.

Processing time can take 1-3 business days BEFORE your order ships, then depending on what shipping method you chose, after that, it takes 2-5 business days to reach you. It depends on how busy they are, how many orders to package up and what time of day the Postal Service or UPS or Fedex shows up. Unfortunately we have no control over that but we do our best to get your order shipped out as fast as possible.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse. The products with SKU's ending in BF take 3 business days to process BEFORE they ship. So, if you order a product with a SKU ending in BF note that it will take 3 business days to process, then your order will be shipped via whatever express shipping method you chose.

LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. We pay USPS or Fedex or UPS in good faith to deliver your package to you. If they lose or misdeliver it, that is unfortunately out of our control. You do have the option to add Signature Required service at a nominal fee when you are checking out, less likely for them to lose the package if someone has to sign for it. If you do not choose that service, again, it is out of our control. If your tracking number shows your order was delivered to you, please contact the US Postal Service or Fedex or UPS that delivered your package and tell them you did not receive it. Ask your neighbors if they received it and check under stairs or porches and with other people that live with you in case they picked it up.


International Shipping

We love our international friends and customers! We ship to most countries. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Italy because your country will not allow us to ship leather goods. You need to take that up with your government in Italy and complain.

PROCESSING TIME:

For international shipments there is a longer processing time in some cases. Some of our warehouses will ship directly to our international customers. The ones that do not, they will ship to our office first then we will ship to you.

For multiple item orders: if you choose multiple items from different warehouses (the SKU's will end in different letters, for example, DH, DL, AL, HI, BF, UN, etc. Shipping can be expensive to ship overseas, so if you order products shipped by different warehouses, we will have them ship all your items to our office and we will package it up into one box to ship to you. This will save YOU money since this way we don't have to charge you for two or three shipping charges for two or three different items. However, of course this means that we must wait 2-4 business days for it to reach our office first, then we ship out by whichever shipping method you chose, which can take another 4-9 business days to reach you depending on which country you are in.

VAT or CUSTOMS FEES:

You are responsible for any VAT or Customs or Import Fees that your country charges you to import products into your country. We have no control over that and if you need to know before you place your order, then please contact your countries Customs agency and ask them. We do not collect your VAT, whatever you pay us is for shipping only, no taxes or import fees are included.
