FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PRODUCTS!
Leather Lollipop offers FREE SHIPPING. This is GROUND or FIRST CLASS MAIL shipping only at our discretion. We will have to charge you for shipping for anything other than GROUND service.
FREE SHIPPING POLICIES:
Free shipping is for GROUND service only to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii, and international locations are not included.
Free shipping is for purchases only and does not include size exchanges or returns. Customer is responsible for shipping back returns for store credit or exchanges. Customer is also responsible for shipping when we have to send out an exchange. The first time an item goes out, the shipping is free. If returned or exchanged, from then on out, it is the customers responsibility to pay shipping.
FREE SHIPPING is for the first order. If you want to exchange your product for another size or style, you will be responsible for shipping for the exchange item. Please see our Return and Shipping Policies page for fees.
We offer free shipping as a way of saying thank you to all of our very valued customers! Some sites may show a little bit lower price than we do, however, once you figure in their high shipping charges, their prices will be higher.
Some so-called "discount leather" stores, claim to have the lowest prices, but they do not tell the whole story. If you are shopping around and see the exact same identical product with free shipping at a price lower than ours, please contact us and we will meet or possibly beat their prices. NOTE** This must be for the exact same product and include shipping charges. You must give us the exact website address you found the product at, after we verify this, we will at least meet their prices! We want your business, try us out!
HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If you are ordering during the holidays of Christmas, Thanksgiving or Halloween, please note these are extremely busy times of the year. Processing of orders can be delayed due to a high volume of orders coming in. If choosing the FREE SHIPPING, please realize that your order will be processed in the order it was received with other free shipping orders.
If you need your order expedited, choose an express shipping service, those orders go to the front of the line. There will be times that even during the holidays we or our supplier may be able to ship quickly, but for some suppliers (especially the boots and shoes factory) they can take up to 7 days to process BEFORE they ship to you, so keep that in mind when ordering boots or shoes if you choose FREE SHIPPING. If you pay for an express shipping method, such as UPS 3 Day or UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day, then you go to the head of the line and processing will be quick in most cases.
